Meeting Intro by Turtle

Meeting began with a review of the Polygon Feasibility Study, sharing final conclusions and processes with RToD

RToD gave an overview of K9 DAO revenue, expenses, resource allocation, and runway. These details emphasize the need for cost reduction & runway extension through automation.

Turtle gave a summary of treasury status, budget updates from the last meeting, notable DAO achievements, etc.

Reviewed numerous proposals and discussed feedback which was posted to forum to help guide existing proposals to future vote.

Reviewed major milestones/metrics from previous 30 days including K9 Quest, Polygon Expansion, Budgets, Centralized Exchanges, Automation

Ongoing treasury and budget monitoring.

Ongoing optimizations/automation/cost cutting.

Proposals Reviewed/Voted On

1. $DND721 rewards from Bonecrusher - YES / NO / MODIFY

  • 64% are in favor of moving forward with this proposal, however a pause on taking to Snapshot vote is in place until final details are confirmed with Jim from ChewySwap.

*2. SUI Feasibility Study - REVIEW

  • Different infrastructure
  • Requires grant to be feasible based on what we’ve learned re: Polygon
  • Revisit next month, potentially for more chains, and without requiring the depth of feasibility to determine if we can do it (technical + grant review focus) i.e. just looking for grants for liquid staking.

3. Data Point Requests For K9 DAO Dashboards - REVIEW ONLY

  • Monitor incoming requests in this thread (automated w/ agent ix)
  • Dune devs exist and can be contracted for hire relatively affordably
  • No vote required

4. Victus Global OTC proposal - REVIEW ONLY

  • Could be used to increase K9 runway (but not something we want to do now)
  • Creates massive unpredictable sell pressure over time
  • Will comment on thread that RToD has reviewed and is not currently interested

5. Adding more Bonecrusher metrics to website

  • This was completed, with farm APR being added to website. No vote required.

6. Bonecrusher Buy Burn Lock Competition - REVIEW ONLY

7. Allow off-topic or brainstorming sections in forum - REVIEW ONLY

  • RToD is not interested in creating more random chatter on the governance forum
  • These brainstorming conversations should happen in Telegram

8. Creation of $MARROW Token - REVIEW ONLY

  • RToD does not think K9 should be launching new tokens on Shibarium
  • More likely to approve a proposal that announces K9 will never launch new tokens on Shibarium and will always be focused on $KNINE
