Proposal to save K9 Financing
Proposal to have K9 DAO source the funding needed to take K9 off Shibarum and move it to a new viable Chain.
We will lean on our Name and reputation.
In the short time that K9 Financing has been on Shibarium many have come to know our name throughout the industry. K9 Financing has become a symbol of a quality project, and the standard of how a DAO should be run and organized.
K9 DAO will in good faith strive to get funding to create a new K9 contract on a new chain that will allow us to move our current contract and products. After the creation of a new contract, the old contract will be permanently disposed of properly.
K9 DAO and the Development team will come up with the following.
Three viable plans to move our product to 3 crypto L2 chains of their choosing.
Present the positive, negative, aspect of each chain and basic financial Burdon to make the switch.
Present the 3-chain option in K9 forum for review.
2 of the 3 will then be chosen by the DAO Round table for a vote biased off the open discussions in the forum.
DAO & Development team will then create a Lite paper based on the original K9 program.
The development team will develop and present a viable road map for completion of the new K9 contract and its products. New product names may be used. I believe staying with and using K9 FINACE is a must.
K9 SUB DAO portion
Develop a proper advertising program to properly present and sell ideas to the public. There will be many questions on why such a move is needed and how this benefits all current K9 holders.
Distribute the information on our social media accounts and daily VC.
Fundraising process.
K9 DAO will initiate a presell of the new contract. K9 DAO and team will actively seek out support for the new K9 contract.
The contract will be for the same 999 billion original ETH K9 contract amount.
With that said, we will need to free up K9 ETH to allow for the presale of the new contract coins.
Price to be set and monitored by K9 DAO.
The new K9 pre-sale will have the following lock. The following applies to each presale purchase.

The locking period is recommended numbers and may be changed by the K9 DAO before presale starts.
K9 DAO may also set purchase and Sale taxes as they see fit. Before presales start as well.
Presale should be open to all current K9 holders as of 12-20-2025.
Current Whale holders may also receive special presale programs. Designed by the DAO round Table and development team.
All other fundraising programs may be created in good faith by the DAO round table team.
Now for the hard part.
Here forward (K9 ETH) represents both K9 coins on Shibarium and the ETH chains.
K9 DAO and the development team will set up a program for exchanging old K9 ETH to the new K9 contract.
The conversion rate will be as follows.
All K9 (ETH) conversion rates will be (2 K9 ETH) to (1 new K9) 2-1 conversion rate.
Example ( 50 K9 ETH will = 25 new K9 )
All conversions should take place at the launch of the new k9 Token contract.
K9 ETH Conversion lock.
25% will be locked for 7 days after launch of the new contract.
25% will be locked for 190 days after launch of the new contract.
50% will be locked for 365 days after launch of the new contract.
The conversion rate is designed to fee up 50% of the supply to fund the new K9 contract creation.
Why the change and why should you take a 50% loss you ask.
many have not noticed that the Bridge Hack has done serious financial Damage to K9 Finance and the Shibarium ecosystem. K9 budget is shrinking and we have no funds coming in currently. So, I have created this Proposal with the intent to allow us all the opportunity to save K9 Finance and have a second run at our dream of a financially successful K9 LSD. Not Many projects have the drive and will to survive a devastating financial blow as K9 has. We the Community need to come together to save K9 and honestly our investment. If all goes well, we may recoup all our money or, at worst, we end up in the same spot we are in currently. I don’t know about you, but I am looking for a way to move forward with a strong project and a team I have faith in.
