Proposal to Engage Bonecrusher Developers for KNINE Chain Migration Analysis and Potential Collaboration

This proposal is on behalf of the KNINE community to formally request a quote from the developers involved in building Bonecrusher. The goal is to commission a comprehensive document that provides an overview of potential blockchains for KNINE to migrate to after voting to leave Shibarium, enabling an informed community-driven decision-making process. Additionally, we seek to gauge your interest in collaborating with the community on building a new system that could enhance KNINE’s utility, demand, and revenue streams.
Bonecrusher has been a key project developed by the team, contributing significantly to the community’s growth and functionality. This proposal aims to leverage the teams expertise to guide this exploration transparently and collaboratively.
Request for Quote:
Chain Migration Overview Document
Propose to engage the team to produce a detailed document outlining available blockchains suitable for KNINE’s migration.
The document should include:
• Overview of Potential Chains: A curated list of 5-10 viable blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Base, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, Avalanche, or others based on the teams assessment) that align with KNINE’s technical requirements, community needs, and long-term vision.
• Summary of Benefits and Negatives: For each chain, provide a balanced analysis including:
• Benefits: Advantages such as lower transaction fees, higher throughput, better interoperability, ecosystem support, developer tools, security features, and potential for increased token utility or integrations.
• Negatives: Drawbacks like migration costs, compatibility issues, regulatory risks, network congestion, centralization concerns, or community adoption challenges.
• High-Level Migration Considerations: General insights on the migration process, including estimated timelines, technical challenges, and any prerequisites (e.g., smart contract audits or token bridging mechanisms).
The document should be objective, data-driven, and accessible to both technical and non-technical community members, ideally 10-20 pages in length with visuals or tables for clarity.

Please provide a quote including:
• Estimated cost (in fiat or KNINE equivalent).
• Timeline for delivery (e.g., 2-4 weeks).
• Any required resources or information from the community.
Upon receipt of this document, the KNINE community will review it and proceed with a vote to select the top 3 chains. For these selected chains, we may request a follow-up deeper breakdown, including more detailed feasibility studies, cost estimates, and implementation roadmaps. This deeper breakdown of the selected chains will then provide the community with the best information to vote which of the 3 chains becomes KNINE’s future destination.
Expression of Interest:
Future Collaboration Beyond the document, we are eager to explore whether the team have interest in working directly with the KNINE community to develop an agreed-upon system on the chosen chain. This could involve:
• Building new features or dApps that create additional revenue streams (e.g., staking mechanisms, DeFi integrations, or NFT utilities).
• Enhancing demand and utility for the KNINE token through innovative use cases, such as governance tools, reward systems, or cross-chain functionalities.
