Meeting opened with a recap of Shibarium bridge progress, Bonecrusher reactivation, and ongoing KNINE recovery efforts.

  • BONE transfers restored through new 7-day checkpoint bridge system.
  • K9 recovered 25k BONE and resumed Bonecrusher operations after audit/review.
  • KNINE, SHIB, and other assets remain locked pending further bridge updates.

Discussion continued on bounty coordination and tracing progress.

  • Joint K9 + Shib 25 ETH bounty live; attacker communication ongoing with no resolution yet.
  • 45 KuCoin deposit addresses linked to exploiter identified and submitted to Shib / KuCoin for follow-up.
  • Awaiting response from Shib leadership on next bounty steps.

Infrastructure and Product Updates

  • Dev team reviewing multiple cost-reduction options after Google Grant scale-back in Feb 2026.
  • Exploring adjustments to knBONE bridge uptime, shutting down unused infrastructure, and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Airdrop App entering final testing; internal testing build expected before next Roundtable.
  • Product designed as a standalone revenue generator across all EVM chains.

Strategic Discussion

  • Continued focus on restoring full operations and assessing Shibarium reliability long-term.
  • Evaluating timeline for potential KNINE relaunch on ETH
