Meeting Intro by Turtle

Meeting began with explanation of Bonecrusher V3 and K9 Crusher

  • Opens new roadmap & scalability for K9’s product
  • Explain the power of esKNINE
  • K9 crusher launched with taxes disabled on Shibarium so users don’t lose $ when adding LP
  • Taxes will be re-enabled and a UI notification will be in place to encourage users to Zap to avoid taxes

Polygon Feasibility Study released and vote prepared to move forward with Obtaining Grants on Polygon.

Turtle gave a summary of treasury status, budget updates from the last meeting, notable DAO achievements, ongoing cost reductions, etc.

Reviewed numerous proposals and discussed feedback which was posted to forum to help guide existing proposals to future vote.

Reviewed major milestones/metrics from previous 30 days including K9 Quest, Polygon Expansion, Budgets, Centralized Exchanges, Automation

Finalizing details around K9 Quest completion and Airdrop dates (aligned with anniversary of Bonecrusher Sep 18th)

Proposals Reviewed/Voted On

1. Obtaining Grants on Polygon - YES / NO

  • 82% were in favor of moving forward with this proposal, which was posted to Snapshot.

Vote passed on Snapshot but with recent Shibarium Bridge issue this is on hold until further notice.

2. Polygon Expansion - KnPOL Incentive Program (K.I.P) - REVIEW ONLY

  • Unclear where the reward comes from
  • Unclear the purpose
  • Clear that we will only proceed with grants
  • Doesn’t make sense to incentivize our own whales to move to polygon

3. Optional knBONE Rewards for Real Yield Staking - REVIEW ONLY

  • More work than benefit, SeizanShib recognized this in the thread
  • Could be revisited if Shibarium sees significant growth
  • RToD not taking to vote as if voted yes the implementation cost would be significantly damaging to K9 treasury/revenue
