I would like the main feed to show when the thread was created, if it has already been voted on in snapshot and the result of the vote.

Not a bad idea. I wonder if there is a way to link between the post and the vote, or if when a vote is completed, it pushes a comment to the post/thread stating it was voted on and what the results were.
That would allow a whole new Category of “Completed” or “Voted” on proposals that things could be filtered into, to allow folks to focus more on brainstorming and fleshing out existing proposals that have not yet been voted on.
A status point could be added to each post based on its status:
in development: White
Reviewed but rejected as a proposal and needs changes: yellow
Voted in snapshot but rejected by the DAO: red
Voted in snapshot and approved by the DAO: green
In addition to a brief summary of its status just below the point for more transparency
