Progress and Planning - September 30th, 2025
With the Shibarium bridge situation still unresolved, I want to share how the SubDAO has been approaching the path forward for K9 Finance. Nothing is finalized, but the focus has been on keeping the DAO steady, the community connected, and the groundwork ready for any outcome.
Continuity & Community Stability
We’ve been keeping communications clear so everyone knows token safety on ETH is secure and DAO operations remain intact. Our VC sessions have continued as a central place for updates, questions, and orbiting as a community while we wait for more clarity.
Scenario Planning
The SubDAO, in communication with the Ops team, have been sketching possible paths depending on how the bridge issue plays out. Some of these ideas lean into strengthening $KNINE’s ETH-native position, while others keep optionality open. The goal is to make sure we can move quickly and confidently once we have verified information. Each option has been weighed with community stability and long-term sustainability in mind.
Event & Ecosystem Readiness
Special shoutout to Queen and the Blockchain Futurist planning group for their dynamic work. They’ve ensured that K9 can adapt our presence and messaging in real time, keeping us in a position to show strength and flexibility on the public stage.
Next Steps
No final pivot has been chosen yet, but the DAO now has groundwork in place to safeguard holders, keep momentum in the community, and adapt when the bridge situation clears. In the meantime, the most important thing is staying connected and informed together.
