As I have discussed many times on Spaces, I am excited to see the community feedback and rally behind this idea. Please go vote on Snapshot.

I fully support this proposal, from my own experience in trade shows, I’ve added the below points in case they are of help for the team. I’ve also added a take on Buzz & No One’s comments about a call to action.

Objective

It is important to Maintain a visible presence at industry events to reinforce long-term commitment, foster networking, and attract attendees without relying on large marketing budgets.

Key Strategies

1. Engaging Visual Display

Purpose: Capture attendee interest and showcase the Bonecrusher process.
Implementation: Set up a TV/monitor at the booth with a looping video demonstrating a user navigating the Bonecrusher process.
Benefit: Draws attention and keeps attendees engaged, even when K9 team members are occupied.

2. Measurable Incentive Program

Purpose: Encourage demos and track engagement with a clear call-to-action.
Implementation:

  • Create branded business cards or vouchers offering $5.00 to start using the dapp upon completing a demo at the booth.
  • Include an expiration date (e.g., 1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month) to prompt timely action.
  • Display a banner advertising the $5.00 voucher incentive to attract attendees.
Benefit: Provides a measurable way to gauge interest and conversions while incentivizing demo participation.

3. Dedicated Support Channel (Optional)

Purpose: Streamline onboarding for new users from the conference.
Implementation: Create a temporary Telegram (TG) group specifically for Miami conference attendees to seek help and get started with the dapp.
Benefit: Reduces noise from the main support group, offering focused assistance to new users to enhance their initial experience.
**This point of contact could also be used to confirm the unique code from the business card or voucher to send the $5.00 of Knine, having a set amount of unique codes helps manage the level of giveaways, i.e 100 codes equals $500 in Knine so the team can control the costs.

** Notes**

  • Focus on creating a welcoming vibe to naturally draw attendees to the booth, regardless of its location.
  • Prioritize networking and genuine engagement over extravagant displays to build lasting connections.

Catching up on some of the votes and discussions I missed but it’s good to see that good insight for accruing more ROI was dispensed from the perspective of experience, very important view.

This sounds like an awesome incentive, way more positivily impactfull to receive a digital asset, that’s what it is all about. Better then only merch that is gonna be put in a drawer.
